MaverickMobil prioritizes the well-being of its Mobile Specialists by providing transportation throughout the workday. Dedicated team leaders take them to their designated stores and pick them up afterwards, ensuring their safety and security as they go about their tasks.

Does the company have a diverse team of mystery shoppers? ​

It’s more than just a job!  You’ll get paid for doing what you enjoy, while being exposed to diverse cultures and making new friends along the way.

How long does the application process typically take?​

Landing a Mobile Specialist role at MaverickMobil is all about fitting the schedule you set! Once you’ve familiarized yourself with our training resources and aced the online assessment, we’ll chat virtually to finalize the details. We take a thorough approach, but your availability is key.

Does the company provide any training for new mystery shoppers?​

We set you up for success from the start! Right off the bat, you’ll get access to a treasure trove of training materials and a dedicated channel to learn everything you need. To top it off, your awesome team leader will provide personalized coaching and tricks to help you rake in those positive reviews (green service).

Are international students with a valid study permit eligible to become mystery shoppers?​

Absolutely! We have students in our team and they find the most fitting schedule to be able to report to work. We are flexible, as long as you communicate your needs.

Are there any specific immigration statuses that would disqualify someone from becoming a mystery shopper? (e.g., visitor visa vs. work permit)​

We welcome applications from individuals who have even just recently immigrated to Canada. We understand that finding a living is essential; thus, our doors are open to them.

Do you have part-time positions available? ​

We do! We offer both full and part-time positions and the latter requires that you report for work at least 3 times a week.

What are the primary responsibilities of a MaverickMobil Transport Driver?

Our exceptional transport Drivers at MaverickMobil are mainly responsible for picking up our mobile specialist and sending them to their assigned locations safely.

How many mystery shoppers will I be typically managing?

You’ll usually be overseeing a team of 1-6 mystery shoppers each day.

Will I be required to travel throughout Ontario, or will assignments be concentrated in specific regions?

Ideally, we’d place you in a location close to where you live. But being open to  working in other cities where your skills are needed is a big plus!

Does the company offer any compensation for gas and vehicle wear and tear?

Transport positions come with a high salary that more than covers gas and car maintenance costs.

Does the company require transport drivers to maintain specific car insurance coverage for using their personal vehicles?

Yes.  In Accordance to the Insurance Bureau of Canada, the minimum mandatory car insurance coverage you will need is: Third-Party Liability covers damages or injuries you cause to other people and their property if you are at fault in an accident.
